The Pomo Story

The name PomoLabs draws inspiration from the pomegranate (“pomo”), a fruit long associated with abundance, wisdom, and interconnectedness across multiple cultures. Each seed within the fruit is a fragment that contributes to a greater whole.

"Pomo” also refers to the Pomodoro technique; it also emphasises our focus on Efficiency AI, helping teams and guests work smarter, not harder.

At PomoLabs, this symbolism reflects our mission in artificial intelligence: to gather countless data points, nurture them within structured systems, and transform them into unified insights that empower hospitality progress. 

The “labs” emphasise experimentation, innovation, and discovery; creation of ideas: a perfect metaphor for Modular AI, where small, purpose‑built components work together as one cohesive system. Together, PomoLabs conveys a philosophy of fertile intelligence. It is technology that is abundant in ideas, resilient in design, and deeply interconnected, much like the seeds of the pomegranate.
